MASTER PRELIMINARY PLAT SUBMITTAL
Dear Shirley:
Attached please find the following items for the submittal of the Master Preliminary Plat for
a proposed subdivision in the City of College Station Extraterritorial Jurisdiction:
1. Signed Application
2. Filing fee of $200.00
3. Thirteen (13) folded blueline prints
It is my understanding that this plat will be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission
at their meeting scheduled for Thursday, June 1, 2000.

Dear Jeff:
Per your conversation with Mr. Steve Arden, attached please find the following items for the
submittal of the Master Preliminary Plat for the proposed GREAT OAKS Subdivision in the City of
College Station Extraterritorial Jurisdiction:
1. Copy of the original signed Application
2. A second filing fee of $200.00
3. Thirteen (13) folded blueline prints
It is my understanding that this plat will be place on the agenda of the Planning and Zoning
Commission's meeting scheduled for Thursday, June 15, 2000.

Communications with David Borsack did occur regarding the possible extension of Cheneau Lane through
to Marion Pugh. As you can see on the ownership maps, we had to purchase access to a main traffic artery
and our only choices were Gandy Rd and Marion Pugh. Borsack was undecided as to the possible usage of
his property and unwilling to have a street constructed across his land until such time when his plans are
concrete. Hence, Gandy Rd was the only possibility,
