As you can see on the ownership maps, we had to purchase access to a main traffic artery and our only choices were Gandy Rd and Marion Pugh. Borsack was undecided as to the possible usage of his property and unwilling to have a street constructed across his land until such time when his plans are concrete. Hence, Gandy Rd was the only possibility, Your helpfulness in processing the plat through to approval is appreciated.
