This will require some modifications to the way we terminate Von Trapp Lane where it intersects with Hanover Street. Mike and I discussed two options: 1. A temporary turn-around that would be removed when Phase 16 is built, or 2. Construct the Von Trapp/Hanover intersection with this phase. Option 2 would require service vehicles to make a hammerhead turn on that street, but would lessen the wasted cost. Do you have any preferences or requirements? Also, in Phase 16 there is a water line connection to the 30" line on Wellborn Road. Would the city allow us to build Phase 14 without this connection or does it need to be part this project? Would a modeling study be required to show that it is or isn't needed at this time? We would appreciate your input on these two matters before we begin modifications to our plans. Thank you.
