The excess soil resulting from the grading of the site has been used to create a landscape berm at the northwest corner of the site. The location of the berm has been added to the site plan. The berm is approximately 6' in height with a flat top and side slopes 3H:1 V or less for maintenance. Also, the stormwater runoff flows around the berm and enters the parking lot where it is then conveyed to the detention pond as per the drainage report. Currently the Church has 252 members with an average attendance of 220. The anticipated traffic is approximately 80 cars for normal conditions and 149 cars for full occupancy, which will access the parking areas from either Edelweiss Avenue or Rock Prairie Road. The church administration office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays with 4 employees. A day school with also be in operation on weekdays at the church facility and will have 7 employees and 45 children, ages 3 to 5, on a typical day. The United Campus Ministry will also use the property in the evenings, Saturday and Sundays. Weddings and other approved church activities will also be occurring at various times. Scout troops and other community organizations will possibly use the facilities.
