Re: Westfield Sudvision, Ph. 2.
Dear Mr. Szabuniewicz:
Water and wastewater services are currently available in the Westfield Subdivision,
Phase 1. These services were designed and intended for extension into subsequent phases
of the Westfield Subdivision.
The City of College Station will accept subdivision applications for preliminary and/or
final plats as necessary to complete the development of Phase 2. In the event the
remaining unplatted phases of Westfield are sold and consolidated with your adjacent
larger tract for the purposes of development, it will no longer be necessary to submit cost
estimates for phases 3 and 4 along with phase 2.
Sincerely,
Ji Callaway
