Subject: Christ United Methodist Church - Conditional Use Permit Site Plan
Dear Ms. George:
Attached are 10 copies of the site plan for the proposed temporary parking lot for the
Christ United Methodist Church facility. Also, the responses to the staff comments dated
September 2, 1999 are as follows:
1. An addendum to the site drainage report is being prepared and will be
submitted for review later today..
2. The current use of the property to the northwest of the site is vacant. No
development has occurred on this site.
3. The seating capacity of the church facility changed from 648 to 615 due to the
width of the chairs that are used in the sanctuary being wider than what was
proposed on the original site plan.
