Please submit a revised set of plans addressing the following comments:
1. Show and label roads adjacent to property. Include distance from tower to centerline
of adjacent roadways.
2. The tower site must be surrounded by a wooden privacy fence to screen the site from
adjacent right-of-ways.
3. Indicate the finish (color/texture) that will be on the tower. Galvanized steel is not
permitted by ordinance.
4. Please submit future plans using standard engineering scale.
5. Include zoning of adjacent properties.
6. FM2818 has changed to Harvey Mitchell Parkway. The tower has been assigned a
new address -1540 Harvey Mitchell Parkway South. Use this address on future
plans.
7. Show location of existing fire hydrants and existing and proposed fire lanes.
The deadline for five=day site plan review is every Monday at 10 a.m.

RE: Submittal for approval of erection of Sprint Tower in M2-Zoned district
Dear Mr. Battle:
Please find included herewith eleven (11) copies of the site plan for a proposed one hundred foot
(100') cellular tower at 101 West FM 2818. The proposed site is behind the Fan Brace facility,
which you can access off of Dowling Road.
We have been advised that the zoning district for this property is M-2, which, according to
Section C-1 of the new Zoning Ordinance is a permitted use.
With the drawings, I include the Site Plan Review Application, along with any required fees.
I also include a listing and a map of all Sprint-owned towers within Brazos County.
Due to engineering constraints, there were no collocation alternatives to this proposed site.
I hope this addresses any issues the City may have with this proposed tower. If not, please do
