This is to notify you of the following conditional use permit request:

Proposed Use: Learning Facility/School
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the use for
the subject property on Thursday, June 17, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council
Chambers at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of
this request.
