NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you of the following request:
Applicant: Tres Watson, Coldwell Banker for Rob Smith (Owner)
Subject Property: Lot 2, Block A, Culpepper Plaza Addition
(See enclosed map.)
Proposed Use: Self Serve Car Wash in a C-N Neighborhood Commercial
Zoning District.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the use only
for the subject property on Thursday, May 6, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council
Chambers at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of
this request.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours
