NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is to notify you of the following request: Applicant: Tres Watson, Coldwell Banker for Rob Smith (Owner) Subject Property: Lot 2, Block A, Culpepper Plaza Addition (See enclosed map.) Proposed Use: Self Serve Car Wash in a C-N Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District. The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the use only for the subject property on Thursday, May 6, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
