NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is to notify you of the following conditional use permit request: Applicant: W.S. Phillips Construction for Double Dave's Pizza Works Subject Propertk 209-A University Drive West (Previously M&M Grill) (See enclosed map.) Proposed Use: Restaurant & Night Club. The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the use only for the subject property on Thursday, February 18, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas. All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of this request.
