Receipt for filing fee ($150.00 cr $75.00 for in -house child care - min. 7 children). to Sixteen (Mllk) copies of site plan which includes requirements for site plan proposals as listed on attached sheet. This site plan will go to P.R.C. for review, after which thirteen (0) copies of revised site plan will be required. ►O 3. If sign is planned for project, site plan should include sign elevation and details. If sign details are not included on plans submitted with this application, any future sign may have to be considered as a separate conditional use permit and all of the above requirements must be repeated. Traffic Impacts Rock Prairie Rd. and Edelweiss Ave. are more than adequate to handle church traffic. 4. Protection of neighborhoods No homes will face the church. Adjacent homes will either back or side to the church. CHURCHES Minimum Requirements: Receipt for filing fee ($150.00). Rock Prairie Rd. , the primary access route is adequate to handle church traffic. Edelweiss Ave. provides for cirrculation. 4. If sign is planned for project, site plan should include sign elevation and details. If sign details are not included on plans submitted with this application, any future sign may have to be considered as a separate conditional use permit and all of the above requirements must be repeated. APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ADDRESSED: Approximate the distance to the nearest night clubs, restaurants, and retail commercial establishments. C -1 zoning exist betw subiect and Wellborn Rd. See Edelweiss Master Plan. Discuss the possible necessity for screening (fence or vegetation) between the subject site and adjoining residential properties. Edelweiss Business Center Master Plan provides for screening be tween uncompatable uses. 3. List all incidental uses along with hours of operation (including but not limited to school, day care, sports activities, etc.) The church will be in use on Sundays from about 8.00 am to about 10:00 pm(Easter Sunr 6:00 am) Day School Weekdays 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Office hours are 9.00 am to 5:00 pm. weekdays. UQM (United Campus Ministry) will the property in the evenings Saturday, and Sundays There will be scouts and other community organizations using the buildings at various times during the week. ere will also be weddings, concerts, and other approved church activities during the week.
