NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to
consider a use only permit request for a restaurant with drive -thru to be located at 900
Harvey Road, the Post Oak Village Shopping Center.
This request will be considered on Thursday, January 21, 1999 at 6:00 P.M. at the City
Hall Council Chambers at 1101 Texas Avenue South.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours
before the meeting. To make arrangements call (409) 764 -3547 or (TDD) 1- 800 -735-
2989.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you of the following conditional use permit request:
Applicant: Post Oak Village, Ltd.
Subject Property: 900 Harvey Road
(See enclosed map.)
Proposed Use: Restaurant with drive -thru.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the use only
for the subject property on Thursday, January 21, 1999 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall
Council Chambers at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of
this request.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours

BEING a 3.43 acre tract of land situated in the City of College Station,
Brazos County, Texas and being all of Lot 1, Block 2 of WOODSTOCK
SECTION I recorded by plat in volume 436, Page 481 of the Deed Records
of Brazos County, Texas, said 3.43 acre tract of land being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod found in the southeasterly right -of -way
line of Harvey Road (State Highway 30) for the most northerly corner of
said Lot 1, Block 2 of WOODSTOCK SECTION I;
THENCE with the northeasterly line of said Lot 1, South 44 °32'00" East
a distance of 200.00 feet to the most northerly corner of Lot 2, Block
2 of said WOODSTOCK SECTION I, from which a 3/8 inch iron rod found
bears North 45° East a distance of 1.1 feet;
THENCE with the common southeasterly line of said Lot 1 and the
northwesterly line of said Lot 2, South 45 °44'49" West a distance of
754.36 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod found in the northeasterly right -of-
way line of Dartmouth Street (a variable width right -of -way);
THENCE with the northeasterly right -of -way line of Dartmouth Street,
North 44'15'11" West a distance of 120.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod
set for the point of curvature of a curve to the right having a radius
of 80.00 feet;
THENCE northeasterly with said curve to the right, through a central
angle of 90'00'00 ", an arc distance of 125.66 feet (the chord of said
curve bears North 00 °44 East a distance of 113.14 feet) to a 1/2
inch iron rod set in the southeasterly right -of -way line of Harvey Road;
THENCE with the southeasterly right -of -way line of Harvey Road, North
45 °44'49" East a distance of 673.38 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
CONTAINING a computed area of 3.43 acres of land within this
description.

Enclosed please find a completed Conditional Use Permit Application with
attachments. The attachments are the Legal Description for the Post Oak Village
Shopping Center and a detailed explanation of the proposed usage, along with a copy of
the prospective tenant's menu for support.
I have also enclosed a check, in the amount of $150.00, for the required filing fee
to submit with the Conditional Use Permit. (Check No. 6109)
