The proposed usage is defined as a first class sit down restaurant under 900 square feet
with no drive -thru, preparing and selling baked goods as described in the menu found attached
hereto. The hours of operation shall be Mondays though Saturdays 9am to 9pm (12 hours per
day) and Sundays 12pm to 6pm (6 hours per day). The anticipated traffic is 50 -100 cars per day.
The number of employees for this usage shall be 2 -3.
