Change the note under "required" parking to match what was approved with the PDO for this phase. Reword the easement to clarify that the cross access and parking easement is private and is at 1east'24'. 3-. The private access easement needs to meet alley standards, which requires 6' instead of 5' of concrete. The parking spaces may continue to show 5" of concrete. A4. - Clarify the variable width easement between Lots 3 & 6 as a private drainage and,A.- public utility easement. /5. Clarify the boundaries of the 5' utility easement near the water meters.
