One other problem. The property owner's name on the application is Michael W. Divin. The applicant is
Charles H. Szabuniewicz. We need the applicant to be the same as the property owner or some power
of attorney allowing the current applicant the authority to act in the owners behalf.

I'll get you the signatures from our office. I don't think our office sent a copy to Tony Michalsky /Lawrence
Carter for their signatures. Can you make a copy of the application and send it to him for their signatures?
Lawrence Carter has already seen it and said it was fine with him. The site plan has been approved. The
property is platted by default, so it will not be platted. The easements are being dedicated by separate
instrument.
College Station: Counting on You! Fill out your Census 2000 Form and mail it back by April 1, 2000!
Thank you!

I was working on a Council Package (cover sheet & resolution) for the public utility easement for the 209
feet parallel to Welch. Do you have the signature pages for the abandonment application and do you
know if any other utilities are located in this easement by prescription? Also the new proposed easement
for a sewer manhole has metes & bounds with the only graphics being on the attached site plan which I
assume is not yet approved. Do you know if this is sufficient for legal to file or do we wait for an approved
plat?
The site plan had some concerns such as front set back and the dumpster structure constructed over the
electrical public utility easement in the rear, which also needs to be dedicated with the plat.
