Staff performed a conceptual review of the above mentioned site plan. There are several issues that need to be addressed. Please address all of the items on the attached site plan and checklist and submit the following for further staff review: _ 10 copies of the revised site plan, landscape plan and grading plan; and, _ the attached redlined site plan and attached checklist.
