Staff reviewed the above - mentioned site plan as requested and has no comments.
Please submit the following information for further staff review and approval of the
plans:
Provide one (1) copy of the offsite drainage easement; and,
Provide HOA or other documents detailing who will maintain the pond.

service routes with electrical division personnel.
Developer installs conduit for electrical service per city specs.

Staff performed a conceptual review of the above mentioned site plan. There are several issues
that need to be addressed. Please address all of the items on the attached site plan and checklist
and submit the following for further staff review:
_ 10 copies of the revised site plan, landscape plan and grading plan; and,
_ the attached redlined site plan and attached checklist.
If there are comments that you are not addressing with the revised site plan, please attach a letter
explaining the details. If you have any questions or need additional information, please call me at
