Items 1-3, 6, & 10-12 are addressed on the site plan with changes made accordingly. Item 4: confirmed Item 5: confirmed Item 8: proposed yard lights directed towards building Item 9: drainage report submitted 12/20/99 Item 12: see sheet DT-1 for route; private access drives have 20' width and 14' height clearance per fire lane standards. Changes made to the site plan as of submittal date (11/12/99): 1. General Note 3: revised to read, "All fill shall be compacted to min. 95% modified (ASTM D-1557) in areas to be paved, all other areas shall be min. 85% modified." 2. Key Note 18: revised to read, "Proposed 1-1/2" P.V.C. (schedule 40) water service line." 3. Key Note 19: revised to read, "For bidding purposes - 1 inch irr. meter w/ backflow prev. device / 1 inch dom. service water meter." 4. Key Note 22: revised to read, "Proposed 4" P.V.C. Changes made to the grading plan as of submittal date (11/12/99): 1. General Note 6: corrected to read, "Lime stabilization to be in the amount suggested by soils report. Report to be obtained through owner. Assume 7% lime by unit weight of the subgrade for bidding purposes. 2. Site changes per 9-18 above. Changes made to the landscape plan as of submittal date (11/12/99): 1. Repositioned Live Oaks to get 35' center/center separation. 2. Repositioned Drake Elms to get 20' center/center separation. 3.
