The Fire Marshall has determined that the curb line does not need to be designated as a Fire Lane 25. The gates will be removed from the dumpster pad site. An additional concern was expressed about sand in the carwash line. Please note that a sand filter has been added to the plan. In addition, Natalie has indicated to me that our $100 filing fee would be refunded since this was only our second review, not the third.
