Also provide the distance for the adjacent street/driveway, and also median openings on Rock Prairie Road. J3. Change the 68 feet Private Access Easement to Private Access and Drainage Easement. 14. Provide water meter locations. ~5. Change the rear set back dimension from 7.5 feet to 15 feet. 6. Clarify material used on screening fence for the dumpster. J 7. Provide transformer location, above and underground service connections to the building. 8. Show Fire Lanes for the driveway entry up to but not including the parking area since the back of the building is more than 150 feet from the curb line or pavement edge of the public street. /9. Rock Prairie Road is a major arterial as shown on the City's Thoroughfare Plan; the streetscape point requirement is 1 canopy tree per 25 feet of frontage (6 trees). 10. The parking lot screening along Rock Prairie Road is to be continuous without gaps between shrubs. X11. Provide screening for the proposed transformer, a/c unit, and points of utility service connections to the building. -/12. Provide an irrigation system plan prior to the C. 0. -/13.
