The purpose of the Final Drainage Report is to identify and define conceptual solutions to the problems which may occur on site and off site as a result of the development. All reports shall be typed on 8-1/2" x 11" paper and bound together. The report shall include a cover letter presenting the proposed design for review and shall be prepared by a Registered Professional Engineer licensed in Texas. The report shall contain a certification sheet as follows: hereby certify that this report (plan) fo e drainage design of (Name of Development) was prepared by me (or under my supervision) in accordance with the provisions of the City of College Station Drainage Policy and Design Standards for the owners thereof."
