(/Change the "68.0' Private Drainage Easement" to "68.0' Private Drainage and Access Easement. V4.1--'Provide a note under General Notes that states "There is no floodplain or Floodway on the site." \/5t/Show the location and size of the sanitary sewer service. 6./Show and label the location of the transformer for screening purposes. One (1) additional raised landscape island is required. (One 180-sq. ft. island is required for every 15 interior parking spaces.) Clarify the location and dimensions of the P.U.E. along Rock Prairie Road. ✓9lProvide the length dimension of the Curb & Gutter detail. ~0. The landscape points per parking space are not required.
