1./Label sidewalks along Rock Prairie.
,-Show ownership of abutting parcels. The temporary turn-around can not
be placed off-site unless there has been an agreement with the owner of
Lot 1, Block 4.
V5. (/Change the "68.0' Private Drainage Easement" to "68.0' Private Drainage
and Access Easement.
V4.1--'Provide a note under General Notes that states "There is no floodplain or
Floodway on the site."
\/5t/Show the location and size of the sanitary sewer service.
6./Show and label the location of the transformer for screening purposes.
One (1) additional raised landscape island is required. (One 180-sq. ft.
island is required for every 15 interior parking spaces.)
Clarify the location and dimensions of the P.U.E. along Rock Prairie Road.
✓9lProvide the length dimension of the Curb & Gutter detail.
~0. The landscape points per parking space are not required. Total point
requirement is 1294, not 1646. (Landscape 793 + Streetscape 500)
