Not all items from the last review have been addressed. This was the fifth review of this site plan and a full review has still not been completed by staff due to insufficient information being provided for on the plans. In addition to items still missing from the site plan checklist, items requested by staff on previous reviews were added to earlier revised plans, but have been removed on the latest site plan submitted on July 14. Before staff reviews the site plan for this project again, all items on the attached checklist must be addressed, or a note stating why they are not. Below is a list of several items that have still not been addressed from previous staff reviews. These items, in addition to all items on the checklist, must be addressed before staff can complete a full review. 1. The distances shown in the Metes and Bounds do not meet what is scaled. 2. Crepe myrtles have been removed from previous plan submittals. 3. Provide specific details for tie -ins to public water and sanitary sewer lines: line sizes, grades, flowline elevations, taps, valves, manholes, material specifications, embedment. 4. Show water demand and sewer loading. The blank table provided on the site plan is not sufficient. 5.
