I have reviewed the submittal of 02-17-2000 by Hester Engineering Corporation and all of my concerns
relative to drainage have been addressed.

guys - i just noticed on the site grading plan that it looks to me like these folks want to put their detention
pond in the txdot r.o.w. i don't think txdot allows this. i've made this comment on the review list but i
would anticipate a call about it soon. can one of you verify that this is true re: txdot's rules/policy?

SUBJECT: OAKWOOD CUSTOM HOMES (SP) (99 -105)
Staff reviewed the above - mentioned revised site plan as requested, but stopped review
due to an incomplete submittal. Not all items from the last review have been addressed.
This was the fifth review of this site plan and a full review has still not been completed
by staff due to insufficient information being provided for on the plans. In addition to
items still missing from the site plan checklist, items requested by staff on previous
reviews were added to earlier revised plans, but have been removed on the latest site
plan submitted on July 14.
Before staff reviews the site plan for this project again, all items on the attached
checklist must be addressed, or a note stating why they are not. Below is a list of several
items that have still not been addressed from previous staff reviews. These items, in
addition to all items on the checklist, must be addressed before staff can complete a full
review.
1. The distances shown in the Metes and Bounds do not meet what is scaled.
2. Crepe myrtles have been removed from previous plan submittals.
3. Provide specific details for tie -ins to public water and sanitary sewer lines: line
sizes, grades, flowline elevations, taps, valves, manholes, material specifications,
embedment.
4. Show water demand and sewer loading. The blank table provided on the site plan is
not sufficient.
5. Water and sanitary sewer detail sheet and final grading plan must be sealed by a
Registered Professional Engineer.
