Several items are missing. Some are civil items that might be on drawings prepared by others but we do not have them here. Items that need to be added are: 1. Utility meter locations. 2. Dimensions of parking spaces, driveways and parking circulation aisles. Items, such as parking spaces and aisles between rows of spaces, can be dimensioned as "typical" 3. Dimensions/area (sq. ft.) of parking islands. 4. A tabulation of parking spaces in a note or table- spaces required, spaces provided. 5. Existing/proposed utilities (line size and location). 6. There are some written comments/suggestions on the landscaping plans you brought in- Natalie Ruiz, 764-3570, has those plans- you can come in or send someone in to go over those. Natalie is reserving time for you at 11:00 Friday morning if you need to meet or discuss anything. The above list of items is based on a quick review by me- it is possible I missed some things. Date: Fri, Jul 23, 1999 10:34 PM Subject: Status of Marriot commercial project i have reviewed the drainage report and grading plan submitted by mcclure on this project. the redlines are on ambers desk with a note to call mcclure Monday morning and let them know they are ready to be picked up. they are pretty clean, a few minor comments. i called lany Friday around 4pm to tell him he could come by and get a rough grading permit (the plans are close enough that this would be ok). he wasnt in so i told glenda. she will relay to larry and he will be by Monday morning to get it and sign it. it is in the pick up box. the application has not been submitted nor the fees. i left a note on the permit for him to fill out the attached application and what the permit fees would be which at this point i believe will only be $100. i'II know more when we finish review of the site plan (i.e. hydrants) the site plan i have left on natalies desk it is incomplete. it is the one jim told larry had things missing. I'm not sure from jim's conversation if m-m is bringing in another one or they are expecting us to review this one and send it back with comments. i did add another comment to the site plan over and above what jim wrote b/c the detention pond affects some of the proposed plantings. thats all. good luck with this while I'm gone. v Page 1 CC: Amber Kelly COLLEGE STATION P.
