THE CODE OF ORDINANCES (ORDINANCE #690) HAVE BEEN MET.***

College Station Independent School District.
5. A statement addressing any differences between the final plat and
approved Master Preliminary Plat and Plan if applicable.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PLAT CANNOT BE SCHEDULED FOR PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING UNTIL ALL OF THE ABOVE
REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN MET.
DEADLINE: Received in the Planning Division 22 days prior to a Planning & Zoning
Commission meeting if identical preliminary plat. Regular meetings are held the first and

(ALL CITY ORDINANCES MUST BE MET)
` INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
❑ 1. Name & address of subdivider, recorded owner, planner, engineer and surveyor.
❑ 2. Name & address of all lenders on the property.
❑ 3. Name & address of all easement holders.
❑ -4. Proposed name of subdivision (not spelled or pronounced similarly to any other subdivision
in Brazos County, Texas).
❑ 5. Total area intended to be developed.
❑ a. key map (vicinity map) not necessarily to scale.
❑ 6. Number of lots.
❑ a. number of lots by Zoning District.
❑ b. average acreage of each residential lot by Zoning District.
❑ 7. Approximate area of street right-of-way.
❑ 8. Proposed parkland dedication.

Preliminary plat drawn on 24" x36" sheets at a scale of not less than n 100 feet per inch and
including the words "PRELIl&NARY PLAT - NOT FOR RECORD" in letters 1/2" high.
(When more than one sheet is necessary to accommodate the entire area, an index sheet at
appropriate scale showing the entire area shall be attached. (INCLUDE DATE TBE PLAT
WAS SUBMITTED AND TIE DATES OF ANY REVISIONS ON THE PLAT).
Name of contiguous subdivisions and names of owners of contiguous parcels of unsubdivided
land, and an indication whether or not contiguous properties are platted.
Descriptions by metes and bounds of the subdivision which shall close within accepted land
survey standards.

mile down stream and possible storm sewer, water, gas, telephone, cable television, and
electric and sanitary sewer connections.
