Staff reviewed the above mentioned preliminary plat and had the following comment: _ Is the 35' rear setback along block 4 a deed restriction? The City can only enforce the 25' rear setback required by ordinance. (If this is a deed restricted setback, please provide a general note.) Please submit the following information by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3, 1999 to be scheduled for the Thursday, March 18, 1999 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting: - 10 copies of the revised Preliminary Plat; and, a mylar original of the Preliminary Plat.
