(99-211/99-263) Applicant: Wayne Cotter for R. W. Cotter Development Item Summary: The area is zoned R-1, single family residential and shown on the Land Use Plan as medium density single family residential (3-6 dwelling units per acre). Phase 2 of the subject property consists of 22 single family residential lots and a private detention area on 6.54acres (approx. 3 1/3 dwelling units per acre). Phase 3 is one 5-acre lot currently owned by the Seventh Day Adventists. The Final Plat is in compliance with the Preliminary Plat approved by the Commission on December 2, 1999.
