SUBJECT: Woodlake Subdivision Sect. 2 Ph. 1 - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Staff has
determined that this plat is a minor plat and will not have to go to the Planning & Zoning
Commission for approval. Please address the staff review comments and return the
following for further staff review and filing of the plat at the Brazos County Courthouse:
Two (2) copies of the revised final plat; and,
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner's signature.

Project: Woodlake Sect.2, Phase 1, Lots 40 & 41
1. We do not want to see the setbacks on a plat, unless there are unusual
circumstances and then that should also be noted on the plat.
2. There is a typo on note #3.
3. Are notes #7 & 8 directly off of the original plat? Note #7 is very unclear.
Please correct it or explain what it means.
