(99-187/99-259) Applicant: Blake Cathey Item Summary: The subject property is the second of three phases in the Campus Park PDD, which was rezoned in the summer of this year. The preliminary plat was approved by PNZ on October 21 with a variance to allow individual lots to have private rather than public waterlines. The final plat is in compliance with the development plan, with the preliminary plat, and with all Subdivision Regulations. Staff recommends approval of the plat as revised and submitted 12-8-99.
