SUBJECT: Woodlake Subdivision - Final Plat
Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested and determined that it is a
"minor plat" according to the City's Subdivision Regulations. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address
the comments and submit the following information to be reviewed by staff and filed for
record at the Brazos County Court House.
Two (2) copies of the revised final plat;
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner's signature; and,

Project: Woodlake Subdivision (2) - Greens Prairie
1. It is difficult to tell where you are located from the vicinity map. Show
proximity to City Limits.
2. Is this property within the City Limits or is it in the ETJ as Note #5 states? If it
is in the ETJ then Note #4 needs to be removed because the property is not
subject to the zoning ordinance, and Note #3 needs to either be removed or
changed to state that the building lines/setbacks come from deed restrictions.
If Note #3 is removed, also remove the building lines/setbacks from the plat.
3. The Plat is an Amending Plat not a Replat, correct the Title Block.
4. What is a Bridle Path Esmt.?
:-5. Note #6 should be reworded to the effect that no private sewage facility may
be installed on any lot in this subdivision without the issuance of a license by
the Brazos County Health Unit.
6. The ownership certification should not be signed without being properly
notarized.
