PREDEVELOPIVMENT MEETIN
The purpose of a predevelopment meeting is to meet the City staff that will be involved with your
development and identify general issues that need further analysis. Along with the discussion of
these major issues, staff will talk about the development process, distribute necessary
information and discuss what permits will be required for your particular development This
meeting is in noway a complete review of your project. Staff will perform a formal thorough
review once the minimum requirements are submitted for your particular development.

Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address
the comments and submit the following information by Monday, October 11, 10:00 a.m.
to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled
for October 21, 1999, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas Avenue.
Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner's signature.

1. For applicable certifications, the owner at the time of filing needs to be the
one who signs the plat.
2. Only one Planning and Zoning Commission certification is needed.
3. On Note #5, the map panel referred to should not be preliminary.
4. Indicate the R.O.W. for Luther Street.
5. The building line shown needs to either be indicated as by deed restriction or
removed from the plat.
