Natalie Ruiz, Bridgette George and I met with Mrs. Pugh and Mr. Flores-Meath on 9-20
regarding the replatting of lots 10,11 & 29' of 12, Block C, College Park, and a portion of
Fidelity Street. The purpose of this file note is to document Mrs. Pugh's and Mr. Flores-
Meath's concern regarding the small size of the lots created by this replat. Although all
zoning and subdivision regulations are met with this replat, they object to the additional
housing being built and see this as an increase in the density and availability of student
housing in this area.
Regarding the replat of Lots 3,4, &5 Block 10 College Park, Mrs. Pugh wanted to voice
her objection to this replat taking in the portion of the abandoned Fidelity that it did and
its relationship to her driveway.

Developer responsible for installing conduit per city spec and design.
Developer responsible for pouring transformer pad per city spec and design.
Developer responsible for 20% of total service cost.
Developer responsible for providing utility easement to cover all electric utilities.
Developer needs to provide load information to us.
