Staff reviewed the above-mentioned final plat as requested. The following page is a list
of staff review comments detailing items that need to be addressed. Please address
the comments and submit the following information by Monday, August 16, 10:00 a.m.
to be placed on the next available Planning and Zoning Commission meeting
scheduled for September 2, 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1101 Texas
Avenue.
Ten (10) copies of the revised final plat; and
The Mylar original of the revised final plat with the owner's signature.

Brazos County 911.) (Rcplats need to retain original subdivision name.)

Engineer's scale in feet.

channels, with profiles and sections. Drainage and runoff areas, and runoff based on 5, 10, 25, 50
and 100 year rain intensity. Detailed drainage structure design, chaiuncl lining design & detention
if used. One sheet must show the overall drainage layout of the subdivision.
Detailed cost estimates for all public infrastructure listed above scaled by Texas P.E.
Drainage Report.
