From what I have seen we will need additional easements to provide three phase service to property. Single phase service is available to site. Pebble Creek Phase 7-A (99-204) No Comments, working with developer. University Lutheran (99-401) No Comments, haven't seen anything on this location. Edelweiss Business Center (99-205) Developer installs conduit per city specs and design. Developer pays 20°~6 of the cost for electric service. Will need a 10 ft easement along the west property line Need electric load requirements The City Electrical division will remove and/or relocate the overhead electric service crossing property. McClure, McClure Engineering, I FROM: Natalie Ruiz, Assistant Development Coor nat r DATE: January 20, 1999 RE: Final Plat of the Edelweiss Business Center After reviewing the Final Plat, staff has determined that it is a minor plat and will not require further review by the Planning & Zoning Commission. Please make the following changes below: Modify the City Engineer's signature block to include the City Planner Remove the P&Z Commission signature block Extend the 55' Private Access Easement through to the north east property line per the approved Preliminary Plat Provide a 10' PUE along the west property line for electrical service Electrical's comments also included: • Developer installs conduit per city specifications and design.- • Developer pays 20% of the cost for electric service. • Provide electric load requirements. • The City Electrical Division will remove and/or relocate the overhead electric service crossing property. Please submit the following information to file the final plat for record at the Brazos County Courthouse. The revised mylar original with the owner's signature. One copy of the revised final plat.
