RE: Final Plat ~ Comerstone Commercial Section Twa
Dear Natalie:
q~ ~~
I would like to formally request that the Final Plat for Block 1, Lot 1 of Cornerstone Commercial
Section two be tabled for an indefinite period of time. Due to circumstances, the developer
wishes to delay the Final Plat progression until issues with them and the seller of the land aze
resolved. The Final Plat is currently scheduled for the Feb. 4~' P&Z meeting. We would like to
table the Final Pl<1t for that meeting and possibly for subsequent meetings. Please feel free to
contact me if further explanation is needed.
Thank You.
Sincerely,
~~~ ~ ~ -
Re: Final Plat
Kensington Cottages
Differences from Master Preliminary Plan/Plat
Dear Natalie:
We are submitting to you, the Final Plat for phase one of Kensington Cottages in
the Cornerstone Commercial Section II. There are a few differences from the Master
Preliminary Plan/Plat submitted several months ago.
The first being that this Final Plat is for a single lot instead of six. This project
will consist of four phases with a final plat for each as they are developed. The location,
number, metes, and bounds of each lot have not changed.
Next, some of the locations of the utilities have moved. However, this is not
apparent on the Final Plat except for related easements. The flowline elevation of the
sanitary sewer manhole we were proposing to connect to was too shallow. We are now
proposing to connect to the sanitary sewer manhole that is on the corner on Woodcreek
Dr. and Amberwood Court. Also, the waterline was moved so the majority of it lies in lot
4 instead of lot 1.
The Site Plan we are submitting in the upcoming week will show all of the
changes. We feel these changes do not affect the overall concept and the impact to the
city. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. Thank you.
Sincerely,
.'
