INFRASTRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
Water: Water will be extended to all lots in the subdivision via a proposed 8" waterline
in the Edelweiss Avenue right-0f--way.
Sewer: Sewer will be extended to all lots in the subdivision via a proposed 6" sewerline
in the Edelweiss Avenue right-of-way. This sewerline is within the Graham Road sewer
impact fee area.
Streets/Sidewalks: The plat contains only one loop street, Stuttgart Circle. This will be
a residential street to serve aU lots within the subdivision. Sidewalks will be constructed
on one side of Stuttgart Circle.

Drainage: Drainage will be handled by a storm sewer system that will ultimately
discharge into the Edelweiss Park detention pond constructed with earlier phases of this
development.
Flood Plain: There is no floodplain located on the property.
