of land out of Lot 2, Block 12, Southwood - Section 26, College Station,
Brazos County, Texas and being more particularly described below:
COMMENCING at the Northeasterly corner of the aforementioned Lot 2,
also being the Southwesterly corner of Longmire Drive (70' R.O.W.) and
its intersection with F.M. 2818.
THENCE, N 43° 29' S5" W, along the southerly right-of-way line
of Longmire Drive, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point;
THENCE, S 46° 22' 47" W, a distance of 25.00 feet to a point,
said point being on the southerly line of an existin 25-foot utility
