NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a REZONING request for the following property: Annlicant: FAIN MCDOUGAL ~~ Sweetwater Land Development Subject Property: Approximately 101.322 acres located in the north quadrant of the intersection of Greens Prairie Road and Woodlake Drive. (See attached location map.) Proposed Zoning: From A-O Agricultural Open to A-OR Rural Residential Subdivision. The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 6, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the request. The City Council will also hold a public hearing to consider the request and the Commission's recommendation on Thursday, January 27, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. The public hearings will be held in the City Hall Council Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas. All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of this request.
