The Association, organized as ano~profit . corporation under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act, operating under the name Village Square Office Park, is charged with the duties and. invested with the powers prescribed by law and set forth in this Declaration and in the ASsociation's Articles .of Incorporation and Bylaws. 5.2. Membership. Membership in the Association is automatically granted to the Owner or Owners of each Unit in the . Condominium Project.
