THENCE N 55°12'08" W - 1001.12 feet with the northeast line of said High Ridge Subdivision to a point for the north corner of said subdivision, and lying also in the southwest line of Greensworld Subdivision, Phase I, as depicted by plat recorded in VOLUME 1292, PAGE 209 of said Official Records; THENCE N 75° 58'06" E - 61.43 feet with said southwest line to a point for angle point; THENCE S 84°17'01"E - 164.85 feet across said remainder tract to a point for angle point; THENCE S 75° 35' 03" E - 211.07 feet across said tract to a point for corner; THENCE S 28° 03' 07" E - 348.39 feet across said tract to a point for corner; THENCE N 75° 22' 20" E - 205.00 feet across said tract to a point for corner; THENCE S 83° 42' S3" E - 242.34 feet across said tract to a point for corner in the southeast line of said 34.13 acre tract; THENCE S 41° 38' S7" W - 314.53 feet with said line to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, and containing 3.378 acres of land.
