NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
ONLY
The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to
consider a Rezoning request for approximately 0.71 acres located at the northwest corner
of Highway 6 and University Drive East, from C-B Business Commercial to R-5
Apartments Medium Density.
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101
Texas Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting of the Commission on Thursday, December 2,
1999.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a REZONING request
for the following property:
Applicant: STANLEY D ROSENBERG
Subject Property: Northwest corner of Highway 6 and University Drive E.
(See attached location map.)
Proposed Zonina/LJse: From C-B Business Commercial to
R-5 Apartment Medium Density
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
December 2, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the request. The City Council will also hold
a public hearing to consider the request and the Commission's recommendation on
Thursday, January 13, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. The public hearings will be held in the City
Hall Council Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the subject
property have received notification of this request.
