Mayor, City Council, City Manager FROM: Walter Gilmore as dictated by phone to Priscilla Henchel RE: Agenda Item 12.4 -January 13, 2000 Mr. Gilmore @ 4098 Raymond Stolzer Parkway (Phone 846- 3324) would like his concerns read at the Council Meeting tonight. He is a senior citizen and unable to get out at night to come to the meeting to address this agenda item. Mr. Gilmore lives at 4098 Raymond Stolzer. There is only three quarters of an acre between his ,fence line and the Klunkert Off ce Building fence line. It seems unfair to him to pay drainage and garbage fees to get electricity but no water or seweage is provided in this annexed area. Texas ABcM University was going to provide a spray type system for hogs on Highway 60 but it ended up in court as contaminating the groundwater and was not allowed. Unless you plan to approve this type of septic system in the College Station City limts, including Texas Avenue and TAMU property, then this should not be allowed as commercial, open to the public, spray type sewage system which only can drain across other property and contaminate the groundwater.
