NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station City Council will hold a public. hearing to consider a request to Rezone 101
Luther Street W., from M-1 Planned Industrial to R-5 Apartments Medium Density.
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas
Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting of the Council on Thursday,. December 9, 1999.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours before

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is to notify you that the City of College. Station is considering a REZONING request
for the following property:
Applicant: BRYAN COCA-COLA
Su~ect Property: 101 LUTHER ST W
(See attached location map.)
Proposed Zoning: From M-1 Planned Industrial to
R-5 Apartments Medium Density
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
November 4,1999 at 6:00 p.m. to consider the request. The City Council will also hold
a public hearing to consider .the request and the Commission's recommendation on
Thursday, December 9, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. The public hearings will be held in the City
Hall Council Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas.
All owners of the subject. property and property owners within 200 feet of the subject
property have received notification of this request.
