NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING This is to notify you that the City of College Station is considering a REZONING request for the following property: Applicant: Delph Ross (Property Owner) Subject Property: 4004 Harvey Road (See attached location map.) `Proposed Zoning: From A-O Agricultural Open to C-B Business Commercial The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 4, 1999 at 6:00 p.m. to consider the request. The City Council will also hold a public hearing to consider the request and the Commission's recommendation on Thursday, December 9, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. The public hearings will be held in the City Hall Council Room located at 1101 Texas Avenue South, College Station, Texas. All owners of the subject property and property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received notification of this request.
