Item Summary: The proposed rezoning is in compliance with the Land Use Plan and the approved. Pebble Creek. Master Plan. Item Background: The subdivision has been building out during the past decade as a low and medium density single family development. Staff Recommendations: Staff recommends approval. Commission Action Options:. The Commission acts as a recommending body on the question of rezoning, which will be ultimately decided by City Council.
