Dear Davis:
Thank you for your recent -letter of assurance. concerning access to the City property
located in the Pebble Creek subdivision. The. city has no plans to extend a trail system
i through. this property in the near future. However, this .site is included in the city's long
~ range plans for trails and greenbelts and. access will be through it will be required.
Our planning staff will work with you when the trail system is being developed to ensure
that the access points are developed in the most mutually beneficial locations possible.

Pebble Creek will be happy to create an additional opening. Currently, there is access to
