BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: PART 1: That the City of College Station Zoning .Ordinance #1638,. more. specifically the cc » cc as cc » Official Zoning Map, be amended as set out in Exhibits A , B ,and C attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance for all purposes. PART 2: That if any provisions of any section of this ordinance. shall be held to be void or unconstitutional, such holding shall in no way effect the validity of .the remaining provisions or sections of this ordinance, which shall remain in full force and effect. PART 3: That .any .person, firm or corporation. violating. any of the. provisions of this chapter shall' be ..deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon. conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of .not less than Twenty five dollars ($25:00) nor more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00). PART 4: A notice. of the time and place,.. where .and when said ordinance would be given a public hearing and considered for finale. passage, was published in The ogle, a daily newspaper of general circulation in the Cities of Bryan. and College Station, said publication being on Wednesday, March 10, 1999, the same being at least fifteen (15) days. prior to a public hearing. to be held in the Council Room of the City Hall in College Station, Texas, at 6:00 p.ma, on Thursday, March 25, 1999, to permit the public to be heard. prior to final consideration of this ordinance. Brazos' County, Testes The property is rezoned with thefollowing conditions: A vegetative buffer meets the R&D requirements on the pr®posed ,C-1 property along the western boundary.
