HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance__ __ ~~c ORDINANCE NO. 2371 AN ORDINANCE REZONING TWO TRACTS OF LAND TOTALING 0.596 ACRES, LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 4 IN THE POOH' S PARK SUBDIVISION, IN COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: PART 1: That the City of College Station Zoning Ordinance #1638, more specifically the Official Zoning. Map, be amended as set out in Exhibits "A", and "B" attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance for all purposes. PART 2: That if any .provisions of .any section of this ordinance shall be held to be void or unconstitutional, .such holding. shall in no way .effect the validity of the remaining provisions or sections of this ordinance, which shall remain in full force and effect. PART 3: That :any person,. firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not: less than Twenty-five. dollars (525.00) nor m®re than Two Thousand Dollars ($2000.00). PART 4: A notice of the time and place, where and when said. ordinance would be given a public hearing and considered for finale passage, ;was published in The Eagle, a daily newspaper of general circulation. in the Cities of Bryan and College Station, said publication being on Wednesday, ..January 27, 1999, .the same being at .least... fifteen (15) days prior to a public hearing to be-held in the Council Izoom of the City.. Hall in College Station, Texas, at 6:00 p.m., on Thursday, :February 11, 1999, to permit the public to be heard prior to final consideration of this ordinance, PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 1 lth day of February, 1999.
