Subject: P.I.P. -Sections 12 & 13 Edelweiss
Jim, as near as Carl 8 I can tell, most of the irrigation system is in the ROW on these plans! Also, we
haven't been able to locate the electric meter or source, and the irrigation plans aren't sealed. Bob Ruth
sealed the landscape plans, but John Prince is listed on the application as the irrigation contractor and he
hasn't sealed the plans. It looks like someone just penciled in the "plans". If you get time this afternoon,
contact me and I'II bring them in to show you what I`rn talking about.
In the meantime, I've made up a file for the application and plans, and will put them in the plans check
~ room for processing by ????. (I don't know who. does this anymore!)

i just talked with him - i still need to get with v and then call him back about the utility lines -he's asking
whether the plans that we have for the final plat are good .enough for our purposes. i told him i don't
know cause that's really what engineering. checks for, not planning - i merely made that comment cause
it's on the check list and it's a pip ordinance requirement. he says that there will be all kinds of plantings
over the utiltiy limes, and are we really concerned about. that? again i told him i would have to get with v.

Steve just called. He picked up your redlined comments on his PIP plans for Edelweiss & Cecilia about
an hour ago. He doesn't know what your note regarding: the indemnification letter means. Says that's
nothing :he's had to deal with before.. 1 can't answer any of his questions. Need answers! Thanks.
