The last thing I talked to Mr. Clayton about was the fact that there is a 25 ft. private access easement which runs. parallel to the 25 ft. front setback -both are shown on the plat - so the way he wanted to develop his site won't work!.. Then Don Garrett called me about that, too., because he didn't know about it. (Guess who signed the plat!!t) The only thing I talked to him about was the fact that I was afraid his proposed use wouldn't fit into a C-N district and then. referred him to Sabine for interpretation. I am aware that the future location requires my collection ~ approximately 80 to 85 feet which should not be a problem. Bottomline, I am ok with this location. The applicant is proposing to place a drainage flume and riprap within TxDOT right-of way along the State Highway 6 Frontage Road just south of the Southern Plantation intersection. I did not find a container location noted. They may want to .use .the small commercial container on wheels which may work in the beginning. However, I need a location noted on the site plan for future growth and/or in case a small container is not enough service:. We may not need to construct the container location at this time, but I'll have it on the plan if required.
