NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to
consider a ro'ect lan re uest to allow for an office and storage facility to be,located of

Lot 1, Blopck B of the Shenandoah Phase One Subdivision.. Applicant is Woodhaven
Construction for ABC Pest Control.
This request will be considered on Thursday, April 16, 1998 at 7:00 P.M. at the City Hall
Council Chambers at 110.1 Texas Avenue South.
Any request for sign interpretive services for the hearing impaired must be made 48 hours
