RE: Siteplan for the Brethren Church of College Station expansion. ~ ~ `
Staff reviewed the above mentioned site plan for the addition of a 912 square foot classroom
building at the existing church facility at .2650 East Bypass. Staff has determined that the
proposed addition is minor in nature and does not require a conditional use permit. Since the
application fee of $150 was .paid initially for a use permit and. a site plan application fee is only
$100, you may deduct $SO from your development. permit fee.
Please address all of the staff comments/concerns on the attached site plan and submit the
following information for further review:'
_ Three complete sets of construction documents with the revised site plan attached.
Three copies of the site plan only.
Completed development. permit application with the $50 application fee. ($100
application fee - $50 use permit. fee = $50 development permit fee)
_ The attached redlined sits plan with staff comments.
If there are comments that you are not able io address, submit a letter addressing those items to
be reviewed by staff with the next submittal of construction documents. If you have any questions
or need additional information, please call me at 764-3570. Thank you.

Re: Brethren Church of Bryan/College Station
Dear Shirley:
The Brethren Church of Bryan/College Station was granted a new Conditional
Use Permit in 1996 when it built its new sanctuary. We are now proposing to move
another building onto the site for use as additional Sunday School classroom space as
shown on the attached drawings. VVe request a review and revision to the Conditional
Use Permit already held by the church for this addition. Attached, please find the
following items:
1. Ten copies of the site plan showing the proposed building
2. Check in the amount of $150.00
3. Signed application with a site plan checklist
4. Drainage compliance letter
Please notify me if additional information is needed. We will apply for the
moving permit once the Conditional Use Permit is approved. Thank you.
Sincerely,
G~~
Kent Laza, P.E.
